The Asia Pacific has committed to the regional goal of malaria elimination by 2030. In year 2021, India constituted 10% total burden in region, with more than 2/3rd cases concentrated tribal pockets. 2017, a public-privatepartnership known as Malaria Elimination Demonstration Project was initiated district Mandla central demonstrate and share lessons withthe rest country region. present study focused on understanding complex stakeholder dynamics including community Mandla, local healthcare workers, programme managers, technical experts. revealed interesting findings related effect vertical health programmes existing systems; gaps, challenges, opportunities for core interventions, importance participation towards making reality
